測試目的：以(1/4”（6mm）)鋼球來測試眼鏡(尤其是保護鏡)的鏡片強度，焊接點、鏡框
與鏡片密合等耐沖擊測試 。
使用說明 ：
1.首先請注意機台之電壓爲幾伏特(V)，然後找相同電壓之插座将機台之插頭插上。
2.将壓力送上 。
3.将氮氣之高壓調整閥裝於氮氣筒上, 再将機台後方之氮氣高壓管接於氮氣筒。
4.打開銀幕之電源,空氣壓力調至5kg,待屏幕歸零後即可。
A.
選擇高速或低速測試:
如欲選擇高速:
1.先確認好第3 項歩驟之動作。
2.将高低速選擇開關轉向氮氣高速測試 。
3.打開氮氣。
4.然後高速測試的壓力則從氮氣筒上的高壓調整閥調整,壓力大小則看面闆的高
速調整壓力表。
5.若停止測試将氮氣關掉後，再按發射鈕将氮氣排出。
B.如欲選擇低速:
1.将氮氣關掉。
2.按發射鈕，将機台内剩餘的氮氣排出。
(此1、2 項爲高速切換低速時之前置歩驟;若直接測試低速則歩驟從第3 項開始)
3.然後将高低速選擇開關轉向空氣低速測試。而壓力調整則從操作面闆右側前方
有一隻低速調整閥調整,壓力大小則看操作面闆之低速調整壓力表 。
4.
若停止測試将空氣關掉後，再按發射鈕将空氣排出 。
5.将雷射開關開啓,然後把射擊箱内之人頭移至非射擊點之位置,在測速時不讓鋼珠打到,
或者可将人頭座取出,再調整其所需之速度。
6.在調整速度或測試時,将鋼珠上膛後,此時鐳射光是不亮的(代表鋼珠已上膛)再作發射
的動作。
7.
将彈珠裝入彈孔内， 然後将上膛把手往後拉到底， 再放掉把手即可發射。
(※注意：若上膛把手未拉到底，則不能發射。)
(※因爲**上之顧慮，所以射擊箱門内裝有一個**開關，因此門一開就不能發射彈
珠。)
完成以上動作後，即可将要測試之眼鏡，戴上将要測試之人頭上，然後調整其将要測試
之位置即可。(※注意：槍管上的電線(光纖)内心是玻璃材料，不可拉扯或扭曲，否則容
易斷裂，就測不出時速。)
